Structure of the Teaching Materials - Let's Learn Chinese
i. Book 8 includes A, B volume, each volume includes 6 lessons, total had 12 lessons, and the major sections of each lesson are:
1. Learning core: dialogues, vocabulary words / phrases, Chinese characters (two subsections: recognizing/reading and practicing writing) and grammatical structures.
2. The 6th and 12th lessons of this volume are review lessons that go back over the material from the lessons that preceded them.
3. Lesson exercise: Includes recognize Chinese characters, practice writing Chinese characters, tasks and games.
4. Workbook: Every lesson includes four types of practice-listening, speaking, reading, and writing for take-home or after-class practice.
5. Vocabulary Words / Phrases index: All the vocabulary words/phrases of the book as appendix in the last pages of the book.
ii. Learning contents of Book 8:
1. 232 Vocabulary words / Phrases.
2. 130 Chinese characters.
3. 34 Sentence patterns / Grammatical structures.
2024 Fall semester begins on August 4, 2024 and ends on December 1, 2024.
2025 Spring semester begins on January 5, 2025 and ends on May 11, 2025.
Tuition includes a Chinese class and an extracurricular elective, please select one elective class under the "Child Extracurricular Elective" section on the main page.

Students are required to wear uniforms during classes. Uniform fees are not included in tuition and are available for order during the registration process. Uniform will be ready to be picked up on the 1st day of school (8/4/2024).

In addition, please purchase the blue pants on your own.

Transfer students must be evaluated before class placement.
新生插班須參加中文程度測試(學前班及基礎班免試)。
Each class has a maximum of 18 students, classes with less than 6 students may not be offered.
班級人數以18 名為上限，若學生人數不足6 名，原則上將不開班。
